New officials may register in preparation for attending clinics to be held in winter 2024 or spring 2025.  Full instructions may be viewed below or by clicking Become a Referee at the top of this page. The registration process for 2025 will remain open for new referee candidates into at least mid-May 2025.

Returning officials may now re-certify and extend their licensure through the entirety of 2025 (2024 licenses will expire on December 31, 2024). Instructions for doing so may be viewed below or by clicking Recertify for 2025 at the top of this page. The registration process for 2025 for returning officials will remain open through June 2025.

​​Assignors can use either the video link or the PDF link below for instructions on how to get your 2024-2025 Assignor license. 2024-2025 Assignor licenses will expire on December 31, 2025.
