Welcome to this year's Faribault Soccer Festival. Thank you for participating in our Soccer Festival scheduled for Saturday, May 12, 2012. We are hoping for great weather and an exciting, fun-filled experience for all who plan on attending.

On the Festival Schedule, you will find tentative team brackets, your team number and the time/field you will be playing on. You will also find our soccer complex address and directions to the fields.

Please check your team in at least 45 minutes before your 1st game at the Complex. Items you will need:

• player passes
• 4-match lineup reports (1 for us to keep at check in & 1 for each game that you play. These reports are the ones from MYSA, same one you use for games).
• signed medical release forms for each player (same one from MYSA)
