Secretary Report: Approved the October minutes
Treasurer’s Report:
- No more money coming out of this fiscal year
- U11 and U15 Traveling teams reimbursement already done
Election of Officers:

Duties for 2012:
Referree/Field Coordinator: Missy Plante Tournament Director: Missy Plante
Team Manager Coordinator: Pat Dudley Coaches/Ethics Committee: Steve Kletschka
Registrar: Tammy Anderson Uniforms: Shelly Prieve
Concessions: Lori Schleis
Fundraising: 2012 none, the tournament will be the only fundraiser this year
2012 Tournament: May 12, 2012 for the U9-U10 soccer players
Pricing for 2012:
- Little Feat: $50 includes uniform
- U9-U10: $135 includes uniform
- +U11: $200 includes 2 tournaments and MYSA playoffs
Other:
- Little Feat will be moving to the Rotary Field this summer, fence is complete
- U9-U10 will also be on the Rotary Field if possible
- U11-U12 Games will be on the Carlander Field
- U13-U17 Games will be on the Bahl Field
- Practice Field will be the Warren Field split into 2
- Coaches Reimbursement: (Due to our Budget for this year)
- Little Feat: Kids are free for each parent coach up to 2 coaches
- Traveling: Kids are ½ off for each parent coach up to 2 coaches
- Salaried positions: Little Feat will be $1000 (this includes preparing the Fall Schedule) and Concessions once we see the budget in January
- Goalie Clinic: April for the players, coaches are able to watch
Meeting Dates:
- January 8
- February 12 (Registration Deadline for U9-U17 teams is 02/05/2012)
- March 4 and Coaches Meeting on March 11
- April 1 Elks/Dome ? Team and Board Meeting
- May 6
- July 8 and July 29 Banquet
- August 26
- November Meeting will start the 2013 Soccer year with the new Board members
Next Meeting is January 8, 7 pm at Washington Center .
