Minutes of FSA Board Meeting
Sunday, June 13, 2010
Present:  Troy Temple, Shelly Prieve, Bob Palmquist, Pat Dudley, Tammy Anderson, Tim Schmidtke, Missy Plante
       Absent:  Brendan Cox, Steve Kletschka, Doug Zahn

Secretary’s Report:  Approved the minutes from April

Treasurer’s Report:  Gave us the balance in the checking account, broke it down by Little Feat, Traveling Soccer and the Raffle after expenses

Fundraising:

• Raffle  cleared $3781, we can add prizes (cash?)  along with Ballard’s for next year
• State Board of Gambling permit if over the $1500 limit

Soccer Camp Update:

• August 2-6 at the Complex put on by Shattuck, cost is $45 and $75…emails sent out to parents and coaches

Team Updates:

• Traveling has 12 teams and 191 players
• Discussed over-rostering
• Little Feat has 9 teams and 90 players

Soccer Complex Update:

• Holding tank on back order
• Construction in July
• City is mowing about every 5 days
• Watching the wear and tear on the Rotary Field, have been and will continue to lock up goals for the weekends

Volunteer/Board Positions for 2011:

• 3 positions are up
  New positions?
  Uniforms:  Shelly Prieve
  Little Feat:  Brendan Cox??
  Field Lining:  ???
  Complex Maintenance:  ???  possible paid position
  Marketing:  ??? (Buckham Center, Postcards, Newspaper etc)
  Sportswear:  Missy Plante, Tammy Anderson, Ann Weinkauf
  Ref/coaches Mentor:   ???  possible paid position

Refund Request:  Discussed (not approved)

Meeting adjourned at 8 pm.
Next Meeting is July 11, 2010 at the Washington Center starting at 7:00 pm.
Meeting will also be held in August 29, 2010 at Washington Center at 7:00 pm
Annual  End of Year Meeting will be October 3, 2010 at the Elks from 5-7 pm
